Children’s International Schools are open to children of all races, religions, and nationalities. In order to register a child, the following items are required:
	•	Registration Form (The Commonwealth of Virginia requires schools to have two emergency addresses and phone numbers on file; these are for individuals who can be contacted if a child is ill and the parents cannot be reached.)
	•	School Entrance Physical Examination and Immunization Certification.
	•	Emergency Medical Consent form (Notarized).
	•	Registration Fee and first week’s tuition.
	•	Copy of certified Birth Certificate.
